A Focus on Diversity
The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) supports the professional development of minorities within the corporate world by sponsoring research, leadership development training, college and graduate business competitions, symposia and mentoring programs.  The group’s advocacy efforts help increase the success of minorities at all levels of corporate leadership.  For the third straight year, Sunoco sent a delegation of employees to the ELC’s highly regarded Middle Level Managers Symposium.
