Product Management Enhancement

The RMPDC is a “24/7” operation.

In 2006, Sunoco contracted with the Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Center (RMPDC) to enhance our ability to efficiently and effectively handle health-related exposure incidents. Should a health-related call come in to Sunoco’s emergency call center, known as the Central Monitoring Facility (CMF), the RMPDC can be contacted and their resources utilized to address the issue.

The RMPDC is a certified poison center by the American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC) that has on-site clinical toxicologists and other certified medical specialists, call-back/follow-up capability, quality assurance program, and extensive experience with petroleum products. The Center will provide immediate, multi-lingual and documented responses to exposure incident calls for Sunoco products, process streams, purchased materials or operations.
