Contractor Processing Center
Contractors enter Sunoco’s Eagle Point Refinery on a daily basis. To handle the training and badging necessary for the contractors to enter the refinery, Sunoco partnered with the Gloucester County College Business and Industry Training Center located in West Deptford, NJ.
A processing center was established and provides contractors working in the refinery with required environmental, health, safety, and security training. Additionally, the contractors are trained and tested on Sunoco-specific requirements and a number of other credentials are verified.
Once contractors complete the training, testing, and verification process they are issued badges allowing them entry to the refinery. The offsite processing center provides convenience to contract workers and helps ensure Sunoco is working only with those who meet our strict environmental, health, safety, and security standards. |
