Communicating Across the Generational Lines
Communicating Across the Generational Lines
We are all living in unique times, unlike any other in modern history. There are four generations of people now working together in the same workplaces. Some are even in the same departments, working on the same projects. This calls for leaders to learn to adjust their communication style to cross the generational lines. The reality is, most people in their twenties don’t think like people in their sixties or seventies.

This one day workshop is designed to address the need to break down the barriers and conflict between the Traditional, the Baby Boomer, the Gen X and the Millennial.

Despite the challenge, the good news is there is a place for everyone at the table. When a leader tasks the right individuals with the right tasks, he or she can effectively foster communication between groups, thereby creating a positive workplace culture that’s defined by professionalism and mutual respect.
